I’m a big fan of technology, and I often try all the new and shiny things that come along to boost my productivity or simply for fun. In the last year or so, AI made a huge jump, and now a lot of the tools and systems that I use rely in one way or another on AI.

As a result, I’m constantly learning about new AI-based developments and discovering how they can help me be more productive at home and work.

From AI content generators to code assistants, I’ve tried a lot of AI tools, some of them terrible, but many of them absolutely fantastic in their own categories.

In this article, I’ll share my personal experiences with some of the best AI tools by use case so that you can get a better idea of what AI is capable of and how to use it for your own work.

I believe in the power of AI as I fear its progress. AI can free us to live a better life, but as a society, we need to be prepared for it.

Content at Scale is another great AI writing tool that I’ve tried. It works similarly to Jasper, using natural language processing and machine learning to generate content quickly and accurately, but with one big difference. Content at Scale is optimized not to be an assistant in your writing but to write full blog posts for you instead.

I’ve had mixed experiences with Content at Scale as it either gets it more or less right, and it’s great, or the articles are total trash, and from my experience, it depends a lot on the topic.

Because of the way I like to use AI, content at scale was not the right tool for me. However, when asking it to write content on non-coding topics, it did a very decent job. And I would have been ok with posting some of those articles after validating some of the grammar with Grammarly or similar.

I love Notion ! I use it to handle all my business information such as wikis, content backlog, CRM, templates, and so much more.

Notion’s power lies in its versatility and flexibility as a productivity tool. It is designed to handle a wide range of tasks, from simple note-taking to complex project management. Notion’s ability to handle different types of information in one place makes it a valuable tool for many users.

One of Notion’s strengths is its customizable page templates. Users can create pages for tasks, projects, notes, and more, and then customize them to suit their specific needs.

Up until now, I could track all my content backlog in Notion, leaving the writing to other tools like Jasper, Google Docs, or iA Writer, but with the introduction of NotionAI , I can now have AI generate paragraphs, tables, summaries, takeaways, and action items, all from the comfortable Notion UI, and it works really well!

I have yet to work on long-form writing in Notion, but so far it has been an excellent tool to capture my ideas and help me expand on them. ChatGPT is a computer program that can converse with you, much like how you would talk with another person. It uses advanced technology to understand what you’re saying and generate appropriate responses to the conversation. Essentially, you can ask ChatGPT questions, share your thoughts and feelings, or even just chat about everyday topics.

ChatGPT is so good that it literally took over the internet and grew up exponentially to the point where everyone is talking about it and even triggered a new wave of concerns about the future of AI and its impacts on society.

But what would I use a chatbot like chatGPT for? I personally integrated chatGPT into many of my workflows, from generating ideas, rewriting paragraphs, and helping with social media messages and more.

One of the many great things about chatGPT is its ability to remember what you talked about before and provide answers or continue the conversation thread. For example, I can ask chatGPT:

As can be seen in the discussion, for my second question, it inferred (like a human would) that I’m still talking about airplanes without me having to be explicit about it.

Why not use ChatGPT instead? Mainly for convenience. If you are already writing content in Jasper, Jasper Chat is always available to you, it’s easy to access without switching tabs or logging into another new tool, and Jasper Chat can provide great answers, the same as ChatGPT.

So if you are already working with Jasper, Jasper Chat is a no-brainer.

As we can see in the examples, the technology is really good, though sometimes it may generate images that are not very accurate, it will keep improving and getting better and better to the point where we won’t be able to distinguish AI from reality.
